Nanban’s running time is 3 hours and 10 minutes, say sources. This means, Shankar has included a lot more scenes than it was in the original version 3 Idiots which had a running time of 164 minutes. Director Shankar has done a thorough research on the book Five Point Someone, penned by Chetan Bhagat. 3 Idiots is inspired from this book and so is Nanban.
The film stars Vijay, Jiiva, Srikanth, Ileana and others. It will hit the screens on January 12th as a Pongal treat for all movie buffs.
